Is WantPrompt free?
Yes. All 100 prompts are free, and the built-in AI that runs them is free too. No signup, no payment, no trial.
Do I need an account or an API key?
No. You open the site, pick a prompt, fill in the blanks, and run it. There is no account system and nothing to install.
What is Agent Mode?
Agent Mode runs a prompt in three steps: it drafts an answer, critiques that draft, then polishes it into a final version. It is for prompts where the first answer is rarely good enough.
Can I use the prompts commercially?
Yes. Use the prompts for your business, your clients, or your content. The prompts are yours to use however you like.
Why is the built-in AI sometimes slow?
The free AI is a shared public service, so it can be slow or briefly rate-limited at busy times. The site retries automatically; if it still fails, copy the prompt and run it in ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI chat tool.
Do the prompts work with Claude and Gemini, or just ChatGPT?
They are model-neutral — written to work in any AI chat tool, not tied to one chatbot. Copy a prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or run it on the site with the built-in AI.
